Somalia: President Arrives Back in Mogadishu From Saudi Arabia

The President of Somalia's Federal Government, Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo has arrived back in Mogadishu on Monday morning from Saudi Arabia.

The President and his delegation attended the 29th Arab League Summit held in Dhahran, Saudia Araba that focused the current situation in some Arab countries, including Somalia.

In his keynote speech at the Arab League Summit, President Farmajo called for unity and solidarity to overcome the challenges facing the Muslim world.

Farmajo shared his government's security, economic and state building achievements during the past year while addressing at the one-day conference in Saudi Arabia.

The President has urged the brotherly Arab countries to help Somalia stand again on its own feet as the Horn of Africa nation is currently recovering decades-long conflict.
