South Africa: Police Request Assistance and Information On Rape Incidents

The Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offence Unit in Balfour is investigating two cases of rape involving two minors, aged six and fifteen.

The six-year-old girl was allegedly raped at her home by a man who was a tenant while the parents were away during June 2016, whilst the 15-year-old was dragged from the street to a nearby bush and forcefully raped during March 2017.

Police are requesting for Tinus Gloy and Maartin Johan Williams whom it is believed may assist in the investigation of these incidents or anyone who knows them to contact Warrant Officer Nkosana Malinga at 079 891 5085 / 072 287 9996, or the SAPS Crime Stop number 08600 10111.
