Sudan: Foreign Minister to Leave for Istanbul

Khartoum — The Foreign Minister, Dr. Al-Dirdiri Mohamed Ahmed, will Thursday evening leave for Istanbul, Turkey, to participate in the meeting of the ministerial council of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), scheduled on Friday.

The ministerial council will submit its recommendations to the OIC summit which will begin on Friday evening.

The Islamic summit was invited by the Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, to discuss the Israeli aggression on the Palestinian people who have rejected the decision of the US President to move the embassy of his country to Quds.
