Khartoum — The Sudan Meteorology and Weather Forecast Department has warned high way users to be cautious as active dust spurring winds have covered most parts of the Red Sea, Shamalia, Nahr Nil and North Darfur states, bringing visibility to almost null.
The department warned that people driving on those roads should be careful and follow directives provided by the concerned authorities.
