Sudan: Minister of Defense Says Our Participation in Yemen Is Duty and Moral Obligation

Khartoum — Minister of Defense, Lt. Gen. Awad Mohamed Ahmed Bin Auf has affirmed Sudan's unchanging stand towards the Arab coalition, saying participation of Sudanese Armed Forces in Yemen is a duty and moral commitment.

This came when the Minister met in his office Monday with Ambassador of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Sudan, Ali Bin Hassan Jaafer.

The meeting came within framework of follow-up implementation of outcome of the Saudi Assistant Defense Minister's visit to Khartoum last Wednesday during which he met with President of the Republic and Minister of Defense and discussed areas of cooperation between the two countries.
