Egypt Coordinating With Burundi to Deliver Egyptian Medical Aid

Egyptian Ambassador to Burundi Abeer Bassioni said on Thursday that she is coordinating with the Burundian side to deliver new batches of medical aid supplies to Burundi during June and July 2018.

Bassioni made the remarks following a meeting with officials of the Ministry of Health to coordinate Egyptian medical assistance to Burundi.

The aid supplies will be delivered in June and July, including a shipment of vaccines for children to combat meningitis, cholera and hepatitis B, Bassioni noted.
