Angola: Ministry of Higher Education Improves Workers' Conditions

Sumbe — The Ministry of Higher Education will work to improve the working conditions of the teaching, administrative staff and infrastructures of the Higher Education Polytechnic Institute (ISPK) and the Higher Education Institute of Educational Sciences (ISCED) in Cuanza Sul province.

This information was released on Tuesday in the city of Sumbe by the Minister of Higher Education, Maria Bragança Sambo, at the end of a meeting with ISPK and ISCED professors and students, as part of a work visit to Cuanza Sul province.

She said that these actions aim to improve the quality of education in the region.

The official recognized that the ISCED building is located in an inappropriate location, so it should be transferred to other facilities or new infrastructure will be built.
