Awka — The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has opted out of its initial peace talks with the leadership of the pan-Igbo socio-cultural organisation, Ohaneze Ndigbo.
The group said it has discovered that Ohaneze planned to use the peace meeting to lure it into endorsing a vice presidential candidate of Igbo extraction for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
