Kenya: Sauti Sol's Polycarp Ties the Knot With Longtime Girlfriend

Sauti Sol's guitarist Polycarp Otieno, famous for his fancy fingers, is now a married man, after saying 'I do' to his long-time Burundian girlfriend Lady Mandy.

The couple solemnized their union in a stunning traditional wedding ceremony held in Burundi.

News of their wedding was shared on Instagram by publicist Anyiko Owoko.

"Do I need to say more? Congrats to @itsmefancyfingers & @iamladymandy for making it official via Burundian traditional customs. I've never been at a more wonderful ceremony. Wish you two nothing but everlasting love and light #IssaWedding #ShesGone cc: @joyce_smiles_beckwith," read Anyiko's post.

MELANIN TOUR

The wedding was attended by the groom's brother, his band mates and Kenya's Ambassador to Burundi, Ken Vitisia.

The wedding comes just days after Sauti Sol's visit to Burindi for their Melanin tour.

Lady Mandy is a popular stylist and has worked with various media personalities including Amina Abdi, Kalekye Mumo, Mercy Masika and Janet Mbugua.

She specifically worked with Mbugua in her 'Week of Possibilities' fashion project.

Polycarp has been dating lady Mandy for the last seven years, although all this while the artiste has managed to keep his love life private.
