It appears comedian Eric Omondi is not taking kindly the frequency with which the question of when he will get hitched keeps popping up.

In an exclusive interview with Nairobi News this week, the comedian, who is engaged to his Italian girlfriend, Chantal Grazioli, wondered why people are always telling him to get married.

When asked who he dreams about he quickly says it's Chantal.

But when pushed to put a date on when they will finally walk down the aisle he gets defensive and tries to put humor to his answer.

"Waende wakawatch wedding shows ziko mingi, ama waowe, ama waende church ama nyinyi muowe," he said.

Omondi proposed to his Italian girlfriend in 2016, a year after they met during a Valentine's Day getaway.

The comedian, went down on one knee at a beach at an undisclosed location and popped the big question.

He later shared pictures of the blissful moments on his Instagram account.
