The Constitutional Court has found that former president Jacob Zuma's decision to remove Shaun Abraham's predecessor Mxolisi Nxasana from the position of National Director of Public Prosecutions (NDPP) was an abuse of power and unconstitutional.
It further ruled that Abrahams' appointment was unconstitutional and invalid.
