Asaba — Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential aspirant, Alhaji Ahmed Markafi said he was denied the party's ticket in 2007 without any reason.

The former PDP national chairman, who led the PDP through a hard fought legal battle to wrestle the reins of leadership from the Senator Ali Modu Sheriff faction in 2017, spoke Monday in Asaba when he met with PDP delegates for the forthcoming national convention of the party.
