Luanda — The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, is leaving for Windhoek, Namibia, to attend Friday and Saturday the 38th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Southern African Development Community (SADC).
At the summit, President Cyril Ramaphosa of South Africa will pass the testimony to the Head of State of Namibia, Hage Geingob, who will take over as acting Chairperson of SADC, according to a press release from the Civil House of the President of the Republic.
