Zimbabwe: Mutodi Threatens Chamisa

Newly sworn in deputy minister of Information, Publicity and Broadcasting services, Energy Mutodi has warned the opposition MDC Alliance against their planned inauguration of Nelson Chamisa on Saturday saying threatening that any moves to delegitimize President Emmerson Mnangagwa will not be tolerated.

Posting on his Twitter account yesterday, the controversial Goromonzi West legislator said government was following with keen interest what he described as inflammatory remarks by Nelson Chamisa at his Chitungwiza rally over the weekend where he announced his plan to be inaugurated 'by the people' this Saturday.

Gvt is following with keen interest the inflammatory statements being passed by Nelson Chamisa including his claim that he will be inaugurated on Saturday. Any attempt to delegitimize gvt will not be tolerated and those bent on causing anarchy will be dealt with mercilessly.
