South Africa: Zuma Given Leave to Appeal State Capture Report Costs Order

A full bench in the North Gauteng High Court has granted former President Jacob Zuma the right to intervene in the leave to appeal the state capture report case.

This means that the former president may now apply for leave to appeal the personal costs order against him, which was an order made by the same court in December last year, after the court dismissed Zuma's review application of the public protector's report.
