Humankind is the most resourceful being on the planet. Each of us has a relative talent that desires to be identified, expressed, moulded and developed. But these gifts need to be counselled, trained and developed from a young age to be meaningfully utilised.

There are organised institutional setups, and the accommodative space for creativity, for talent to be nurtured in much of the developed world. The story is different when it comes to developing countries such as Ethiopia, where few get the opportunity, the space and the guidance to build on their natural talents.
