SOME Dar es Salaam residents have blocked Rapid Bus Transport Road in the Business City to protest scarcity of buses to the city center.

The stranded passengers complained that the famous 'Mwendokasi' blue busses were few and not stopping at bus stops.

Until 9am, some students and workers were stranded at Korogwe Bus Stop, outside Dar es Salaam City Centre claiming that there was no transport.

More details about the saga will follow as Tanzania Standard Newspapers reporters are at the scene for filing a comprehensive report.
