The Embassies of the United Kingdom and United States of America in Addis Abeba have launched a joint capacity-building project for government communicators and journalists. The "Supporting Communication between Government and Journalists" program is part of ongoing efforts to support the Ethiopia's political reform process, according to a statement from the US embassy.
"The project seeks to support the professional skills of journalists, enhance the capacity of government communicators to engage with the press, and bring both groups together for practical exercises aimed at building confidence and connections."
