Marange villagers have angrily rejected the 2% electronic payments tax recently introduced by finance minister Mthuli Ncube saying the treasury chief must, instead, track down billions of dollars looted in diamond revenues.
Ncube introduced the controversial levy to widen the government's tax base in a struggling and now largely informalized economy.
