Khartoum — The State Minister and General Director of the Dams Implementation Unit, Engineer Musa Omer Abul-Gasim, pointed out that the coming budget will be one for programs and performance in accordance with the overall planning in the country.
Addressing the session of programs and performance for the financial and accounting cadres at the units of the Ministry of Water Resources, Irrigation and Electricity, Engineer Abul-Gasim said that the ministry will engage next year in implementing major electricity, drinking water and irrigation that will reflect positively on the national economy and the people's livelihood.
