Nigeria: Prince Charles Meets Nigerian Monarchs in Nigeria

Prince Charles and Camilla's three-day visit to Nigeria is part of their nine-day tour of Africa.

Prince Charles George of Wales arrived Nigeria's capital, Abuja with his wife and Duchess of Cornwall, Camilla Tuesday, the 6th of November for a two-day visit as part of his West Africa tour.

Nigerian monarchs, Ooni of Ife Oba Enitan Ogunwusi; Sultan of Sokoto Sultan Muhammadu Sa'ad Abubakar III; Emir of Kano Sanusi Lamido Sanusi; Obi of Onitsha Igwe Alfred Nnaemeka Achebe; Oba of Benin Eheneden Erediauwa Omo N'Oba Ewuare II; the Shehu of Borno Abubakar Ibn Umar Garbai; Etsu Nupe Alhaji Yahaya Abubakar, were fully clothed in their cultural royal regalia and were present to welcome him into the country.
