Kenya: Masterminds of Exam Leakage Arrested, Due in Court

Nairobi — Two suspects alleged to be key masterminds of exam leakage in the ongoing Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examinations are expected in court Thursday following their arrest.

Education Cabinet Secretary Amina Mohamed says the two were nabbed Wednesday during a multi-agency operation between the Kenya National Examinations council and the police.

She says the suspects are responsible for irregularities over the last two years.

She was speaking during a press conference where she emphasised the commitment of her ministry to ensure credible exams.
