Sudan: Kibir Affirms Independence of Judiciary and Public Prosecution

Khartoum — Vice-President of the Republic, Dr Osman Mohamed Kibir has affirmed independency of the judiciary and public prosecution in Sudan.

This came when he met at the Republican Palace Thursday with Moroccan delegation led by the King's Attorney -General, Mohamed Abdel-Nabawi in presence of the Attorney- General, Omer Ahmed Mohamed.

The Vice-President also stressed existence of strong political will for supporting the justice institutions to fully carry out their roles and to dispense justice.

The King's Attorney -General, Mohamed Abdel-Nabawi lauded in a press statement the judiciary and public prosecution in Sudan.

He added that the public prosecution in Morocco is approaching the second year and supported by the Moroccan Monarch , parliament and people.
