Sudan: Council of Ministers Reviews Plan of Ministry of Petroleum, Gas and Mining

Khartoum — The National Prime Minister, Muttaz Musa, chaired at the Council of Ministers' Secretariat General Wednesday a meeting which reviewed the plan of the Ministry of Petroleum, Gas and Mining for increasing production of the oil squares during the period 2019 - 2022, with participation of the Minister of Petroleum, Gas and Mining, the State Minister at the Ministry of Finance, Mustafa Hauli, the Governor of the Central Bank of Sudan, Dr. Mohamed Khair Al-Zubair, and a number of officials.

The meeting also discussed the requirements for crude oil to meet the need of the refineries, besides the flow of finance to the ministry for implementing its projecs according to the set plan.

The meeting also reviewed the agreements that have been signed with different oil companies and their visions for the development of the oil fields and increasing the productivity.
