Angola: Congress On Business Law Due to Start On Thursday

Luanda — The 2nd Congress on Business Law, under the theme "Angolan law and traditional issues on binding and representation of trade companies," will take place between 29 and 30 this month.

The programme of the event covers four debates on the subjects and prohibitions in the framework of binding of trade companies.

The event will also covers trade register and its importance in the ambit of representation and binding commercial companies, de facto administration.

The agenda includes legal protection of the actions carried out and the object as a limit of the action of the administration, under the private investment.

In addition to the debates, the event will be marked by two conferences, with one on "Fiscal management and corporate governance" and another on "New trends in corporate governance in Angola".

More than 15 experts are expected to address the event, both speakers and moderators.

Among the guest experts include technicians of Ministry of Justice, representatives of the public prosecutor's office, scholars, consultants and representatives of business associations.
