South Africa: SCA Dismisses Omotoso's Bid to Have Judge Recuse Himself - Trial to Go Ahead

The Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA) has dismissed the application brought by pastor Timothy Omotoso's legal team to have Judge Mandela Makaula recuse himself.

The SCA also rejected the application to have the charges against the rape-accused pastor quashed.

The trial is set to resume on February 4, 2019.
