With increasing units returning to the grid, Eskom will not implement load shedding today.
"Eskom has not implemented load shedding for 3 consecutive days and with an increase in units returning to the grid and due to low demand, load shedding will not be implemented today," said the power utility on Wednesday.
The power utility appealed to residents and businesses to use electricity sparingly during this period.
