Ethiopia: President Sahlework Leaves for Austria

Addis Ababa — President Sahlework Zewde has left for Vienna, Austria, today to attend the Africa-Europe high-level forum, according to Office of the President.

The Africa-Europe high-level forum is will take place under the theme of 'taking cooperation to the digital age.'

The President is expected address the forum with a particular focus on Ethiopia's efforts to expand digital technology, it was learned.

Furthermore, Sahlework will meet with leaders of different countries and representatives of renowned global companies on the sidelines of the forum.

The forum aimed at broadening cooperation between Africa and the EU, with a focus on digital technology and its importance to economic growth and development.
