Kenya: NSE Records Low Business As Year Ends

Nairobi, Kenya — Trading at the Nairobi Bourse has remained depressed as investors shift focus to closure of the year 2018, with most companies slowing down activities for Christmas and New Year festivities.

On Monday, the bourse opened the week with a total of 12.6 million shares valued at Ksh273 million, against 35 million shares valued at Ksh827 million posted on Friday last week.
