Nigeria: President May Transmit Bill to National Assembly Before January 23, Chris Ngige Affirms

Abuja — Minister of Labour and Employment, Dr. Chris Ngige, has said that President Muhammadu Buhari may transmit the minimum wage bill to the National Assembly on or before Wednesday, January 23, 2019.

Ngige said the Federal Government would hold all statutory meetings of the Federal Executive Council (FEC), National Economic Council (NEC) and the National Council of State (NCS) to enable it transmit the new national minimum wage bill to the National Assembly.
