Champions Patriots and Rwanda Energy Group (REG) will be looking for crucial victories on Friday when they take on Rusizi and APR, respectively, in the Bank of Kigali National Basketball League at Amahoro Indoor Stadium.
Patriots take on strugglers Rusizi at 6pm, two hours before REG and APR lock horns in a clash of two former champions.
Ahead of their respective games, unbeaten Patriots lead the table with 12 points from six games, one ahead of Patrick Ngwijuruvugo's REG who have lost once - against Patriots - last month.
Record 7-time champions APR are in third position with 10 points.
Burundi-born tactician Ngwijuruvugo has urged his REG players to "Avoid any mistake to be complacent and take the APR clash very seriously."
