Angola: Monument Flag Hoisted for Sixth Time to Mark February 4

Luanda — The Monument flag was hoisted on Monday for the sixth time in Luanda to celebrate the 58th anniversary of the beginning of the National Liberation Armed Forces (February 4, 1961), which is being marked today throughout the country, whose Central act happens in Cabinda.

The flag, weighing 40 kilos, 18 meters long and 12 meters wide, supported by a 75-meter-high mast, was hoisted by the Minister of National Defense, Salviano de Jesus Sequeira, at Luanda's Military History Museum.
