Nigeria: El-Rufai Defends Statement On 'Body Bags', Says Not Call for Violence

The Governor of Kaduna state, Malam Nasir el-Rufai, has in a riposte defended his statement were he allegedly said that any foreigner who intervenes in the forthcoming election would go back in body bags.

Speaking through his spokesman, Samuel Aruwan, the outspoken governor averred that every fair-minded person with modest familiarity of the English language and unimpaired comprehension would understand his statement.
