Ghana: Rising Star School and Cultural Centre Picks Award

The Rising Star School and Cultural Centre at Community 16 in Lashibi emerged first runner-up in a quiz competition organised by the Green Group of Companies and the Tema Metro Educational Directorate.

In all 27 government approved private schools in the metropolis participated in the competition which spanned for 13 weeks aimed at preparing students towards the Basic Education Certificate Examination.

The May Flower School at Batsona came first.

The contest tested the skills of the students in Mathematics, Science, English Language, Social Studies and General Knowledge.
