Kenya: Hernovation Engagement Framework for Empowering Women in Tech to Be Launched

Women seem better positioned today than ever to rise to leadership roles in the faster evolving technology space owing to support structures laid in some organizations, however, their distinct minority in the tech-workforce and leadership positions still calls for deliberate accelerated efforts for empowerment through development programs. One such programs is HerNovation.

Launched during the CIO100 Symposium and Awards last year, HerNovation is a platform that promotes and enhances the inclusion and involvement of more women into active participation in the new wave of digitization purposed to open more opportunities and accelerate businesses.
