Zambia: Zam Calls for Urgent Sales Tax Sensitisation

THE Zambia Association of Manufacturers (ZAM) has said more information regarding the Goods and Sales Tax (GST) is urgently needed as the April implementation deadline approaches.

ZAM vice president-North Reuben GS said the information gap on tax administration needed to be bridged as the GST takes effect this April.

"There is anxiety in the industry regarding GST implementation,the industry does not know in which form the tax will be especially that the implementation deadlines is approaching ," he said.
