Seychelles Implements 5 Percent Salary Increase for Public Service Employees

The government of Seychelles will implement its proposed five percent salary increase for public service employees through regulation under the old public service salary act of 2013, said a top official on Tuesday.

That means that, at least for now, the opposition proposal to give every employee the same size raise is uncertain. Instead, every employee will get a five percent raise on their existing salary.
