President Paul Kagame on Monday arrived in Dakar, Senegal for the inauguration of the country's President Macky Sall scheduled for today.
Sall was elected for the second term in March this year by 58 per cent of the voters.
On arrival, Kagame was received by his host President Sall.
Rwanda and Senegal enjoy warm bilateral relations in a number of aspects including high education among others.
