Botswana: Masisi Meets SA Minister

Gaborone — South Africa special envoy, also Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Ms Lindiwe Sisulu met President Dr Mokgweetsi Masisi on April 18.

A press statement from Office of the President, states that the special envoy conveyed a message from South Africa president, Mr Cyril Ramaphosa.

The message emphasises the long standing and excellent relations between the two countries.

The release says the message assures that despite the recent media reports, relations between the two countries remain solid.

Dr Masisi wished the people of South Africa a peaceful and successful general elections on May 8 and the special voting for South African citizens abroad on April 27.
