Zambia: Rogue Cop's Murderous Rampage Could Have Been Stopped - Survivors

ROGUE police officer Jackson Mwanza's two Easter weekend killings and his suicide might have been prevented had his colleagues acted on reports of his threats to those he eventually ended up attacking.

Nike Fungulwe, a student of Chainama Health College who was the first victim of Constable Mwanza when he was stabbed with a military knife in full view of the police at Bennie Mwiinga Police Station in Mtendere, says the unhinged officer should have been arrested there and then.
