Nigeria: Why It's Difficult to Arrest, Prosecute Vote Buyers - ICPC

The Chairman of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), Prof. Bolaji Owasanoye, has said checking vote buying is a daunting task due to the large number of people involved in the act.

Owasanoye stated this yesterday in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in New York.
