South Africa: Police Strengthen Partnership With Churches Through Campaigns

The Police in Vuwani outside Thohoyandou have conducted crime awareness campaign today at Vyeboom Bethesda Church.

The campaign was led by SAPS Vuwani Station Commander, Colonel Nemudzivhadi, together with the Social Crime Prevention Coordinator Warrant Officer Mushungwa and the Vispol Commander Captain Mulaudzi.

The Station Commander further addressed the youth and adults about the following issues:

* Public Violence

* Domestic violence

* Human trafficking

* Sexual offence

* Robbery aggravating

About 200 youth were reached during this campaign.
