Angola: Basketball - National Team Work On Physical Component

Luanda — The national senior men's basketball team held a training session on Tuesday to improve the physical component, ahead of the first edition of the African Cup of Nations called Afrocan, from 16 to 27 this month in Mali.

The group coached by Paulo Macedo worked hour and a half, in the pavilion Victorino Cunha, in Luanda. The team have on schedule some control games, with the number and opponents remaining to be defined. Among the pre-selected are Gildo Santos, Carlos Cabral, Edson Ndoniema, Islando Manuel, Tárcio Domingos, Fidel Cabita, Jilson Bengo, Malick Cisse (1 de Agosto), Alexandre Jungo, Ngombo Rogério, Jonatão Ndjungo (Interclube), Childe Dundão, Aldemiro João and Benvindo Kimbamba (Petro de Luanda).
