South Africa: Partnership Policing Led to the Arrest of Three Men for Hijacking

Swift response by members attached to the Western Cape Flying Squad, led to the arrest of three suspects shortly after they perpetrated a hijacking. The members responded to the complaint of hijacking that took place in Ravensmead area at about 22:30 last night, police working together with Tracker, traced the vehicle to Kensington area at about 23:00. They arrested three men aged 17, 22 and 32. The arrested suspects are expected to make a court appearance in the Bellville Magistrates' Court once charged.
