Nigeria: Govt Apologises to Indian Govt Over El-Zakzaky's 'Unruly Behaviour'

The Federal government has dismissed the claim by El-Zakzaky and his group that federal government is frustrating his treatment in India and that he is being held in circumstances worse than he was in Nigeria.

In a statement issued in Abuja on Wednesday night by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Information and Culture, Dcns. Grace Isu Gekpe, the federal government explained that El-Zakzaky is the one frustrating his treatment in India contrary to their claim and called on the public to disregard what it called "their foul cry."
