Zambia: Napsa to Start Solwezi Low Cost Housing Project This Year

Solwezi — The National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) will before the end of the year start construction of low to medium cost housing units in Solwezi as the part of the multi-million housing investment the authority is committing.

NAPSA has in this vein signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with North-Western Water and Sanitation Company (NWWSC) for the provision of water reticulation facilities.

NAPSA director general Yollard Kachinda said tenders for the construction of 400 low to medium cost houses would commence before the end of the year under phase one.
