The Police Management in Northern Cape has applauded Warrant Officer Zephe for his meticulous investigation that ensured that another perpetrator faces jail time and the victim gets justice. No woman or any other human being deserves to be violated in any way. As the police we will continue to ensure that crimes against women and children do not go unnoticed.
