Ghana: Man Found Dead At Tamale

Tamale — A man has been found dead in a stream at Kobilmahigu, a suburb of the Tamale metropolis, in the Northern Region, yesterday.

The deceased believed to be in his 30s was found floating in the stream, and residents reported the case to the Assembly member of the area, Mr Iddirisu Mohammed Mustapha.

The assembly member also reported to the chief and later to the police.

Mr Mustapha briefing journalists on the case, said he suspected that the deceased might have died somewhere and carried into the stream.

The body of the deceased has been deposited at the Tamale Teaching Hospital mortuary for identification and collection.
