Sudan: Chinese Embassy Celebrates Farewell to Chinese Medical Mission

- The Chinese Embassy in Khartoum celebrated on Tuesday the farewell of the Chinese Medical Mission No. 34 in Sudan with the participation of representatives of the Federal Ministry of Health.

"Comprehensive cooperation between the two countries, including medical cooperation, is a bright example of cooperation between China and African and Arab countries," Chinese Ambassador to Khartoum Ma Xinmin said in a speech at the ceremony.

The Chinese ambassador reiterated China's commitment to work with all sectors in Sudan to promote China-Sudan cooperation.

Meanwhile, Dr. Abdullah Al-Jake, representative of the undersecretary of the Federal Ministry of Health, lauded the assistance that China has been providing to Sudan, especially, in the health field, expressing his thanks and appreciation to the members of the Chinese Medical Mission and the Chinese people.

The Chinese medical mission consists of 42 personnel, and the Chinese mission is working in three hospitals, namely Abu Asher Hospital in the area of Alhasahisa, Friendship Hospital Damazin Blue Blue State and Friendship Hospital in Omdurman.
