Botswana: Magosi Announces Appointments, Promotions and Transfers of Senior Public Officers

Gaborone — The acting Permanent Secretary to the President, Mr Elias Magosi has appointed, promoted and transferred some senior public officers.

Mr Thapelo Otukile has been appointed on promotion as Director-Chemical, Biological, Nuclear and Radiological weapons management in the Ministry of Defence, Justice and Security.

Ms Keneilwe Senyarelo has been appointed on promotion as Deputy Auditor General in the office of the Auditor General.

Ms Susan Mangori has been appointed on promotion as Deputy Receiver-Legal and Enforcement in the Ministry of Defence, Justice and Security.

Ms Kebafentse Ketshajwang has been appointed on promotion as Senior Assistant Auditor General in the office of the auditor general.

Ms Oarabile Zhikwa has been appointed assistant receiver-property management in the Ministry of Defence, Justice and Security.

Ms Esther Mokwenaotsile has been appointed on promotion as Senior Director II, Public education in the Directorate on Corruption and Economic Crime.

Mr Mogomotsi Banabotle has been appointed on promotion as Deputy Director, Development at the Department of Telecommunication and Postal Services in the Ministry of Transport and Communications.

Mr Uwoga Mandiwana has been appointed on promotion as Manager Human Resources and Administration in the Independent Electoral Commission.

Ms Seadimo Oefile has been transferred from Ministry of Defence, Justice and Security to Ministry of Health and Wellness as Senior Manager, Corporate Services.

Ms Moipedi Nkoane has been transferred from the Directorate of Intelligence and Security to the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry as Director-Cooperatives.

All transfers are with immediate effect, while all promotions are on assumption of duty. END
